Great Gift, Poor Delivery
I recently ordered this as a gift for my mother for Mother's Day. She loved the gift and it was great value for money too, but the online ordering system, notifications and delivery can definitely be improved. Also the name of the recipient on the parcel was spelled incorrectly even though the correct spelling is available on my online application/purchase information.
