Voucher, which is sent after confirmation of order email, has been beautifully designed and now can be forwarded to recipient with pride :-)

Very useful to be able to purchase this as a birthday gift for friends in Cape Town. However, I received it as an invoice number to forward as email . Shame because previously it has looked nicer than this. Nevertheless the recipient was delighted to receive it. Online staff very helpful with the purchase . Thank you

The voucher was not pretty or a pleasing voucher to give as a gift.
It was literally an invoice for the amount - no barcode or anything.
I had to attach part of the email to the voucher to ensure there is no problem
in spending it - which I sincerely hope there won't be.
As a Christmas/birthday gift - the voucher should be pretty with your name on it, in colour, photos of what you can buy - not just an invoice for the amount purchased.

I made a mistake and requested eft payment instead of card payment. I contacted Juani and she was so friendly and helpful. She managed to sort it out within an hour. She even checked in the next day to make sure I didn't need help with anything else. Best service I have received in a while.
I bought the gift voucher as a gift, she loved it!
