An amazing, but disappointing online ordering experience

I placed the order on 13 June and only received the delivery by 29 June. By that time the birthday was missed. There were 3 failed delivery attempts before we received the delivery and multiple calls to the courier company. I understand this failure is most likely as the result of issues with the courier, however this service is an extension of the Rain experience. Will not be using the online option again. It is still a great product.

Beautiful Gift Set

Purchased this gift set for a charity raffle. It is absolutely beautiful. RAIN products are always amazing, smells so good and the lotions are always nourishing and beautifully scented. The Savannah range is one of my favourites from RAIN. This gift set is special because the beautiful box can be used over and over again.
